How it works

  1. 1

    Book online

Sign in, pick an open tee time, and pay a ¥2,500 deposit per player to hold it.

  2. 2

    The course confirms

Usually within a day, by email: your exact tee time, booking code and a guide to the day.

  3. 3

    Get there, play, pay

Travel on your own by train or car. Show your code at the desk and pay the rest when you leave.

Golf in Japan is a little different

Every course page explains its rules before you go, so nothing surprises you.

Lunch at the turn

Most rounds stop for lunch after nine holes, usually 30–50 minutes, then play the back nine.

Dress for the clubhouse

Collared shirts on the course. Some clubs also ask for a jacket on arrival.

The bath

Clubhouses have a big shared bath. Rules on tattoos vary, so each course page says what it allows.

Pay when you leave

Your locker key tracks lunch and drinks. You settle everything at the desk at the end.

Questions people ask

Do I need to speak Japanese?

No. You book in English, the course receives your booking in Japanese, and your day guide walks you through check-in step by step.

Why is there a deposit?

It holds your tee time with the course. It's part of the price you see, not an extra, so at the front desk you only pay the rest.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel in My bookings 7 or more days before and your deposit is refunded in full. 1–6 days before, the deposit is kept. Same day or no-show: the deposit is kept and the course's no-show fee is charged to your card. If the course can't offer a time or closes for weather, you get a full refund automatically.

How do I get there without a car?

Each course page lists the nearest station, the club bus and the taxi fare. If the club runs a bus, pick “Train + club bus” when you book.

Can I rent clubs?

Yes. Add rental sets when you book and the course has them ready. You pay for them at the desk.
